Regina Nichelle White
Affectionately known as The Change Coach, Regina is an entrepreneur, philanthropist, strategist, and dynamic motivational speaker, dedicated to empowering individuals and organizations to embrace change in order to transform, rise above challenges and excel. As the owner of Transformnation Coaching & Consulting, she is a trusted guide in leadership, change management, and personal development, helping individuals and organizations achieve meaningful and lasting change.
Regina holds a Bachelor of Science in Textile Chemistry from North Carolina State University, as well as dual master’s degrees—an MBA and an MPA—from Kennesaw State University. With a strong administrative and managerial background, she possesses over 15 years of experience leading enterprise transformations, process redesigns, and software implementations, always with a people-first approach.
Her passion for inspiring and developing others has drawn her to mentoring and coaching individuals and small groups. She is a John Maxwell Team Certified Coach, Trainer, and Speaker and holds certifications from Lifeforming Leadership in Life Coaching, Growth Coaching, and Leadership Coaching. Motivated by her own journey of resilience, Regina founded 501(c)(3) Mpowerd to encourage, educate, and equip women to create strong futures for themselves and their families.
That same passion for inspiring others extends to her work as an author. Regina Nichelle's debut contribution, Rebirth of the Queen, is featured in The 2nd Wind Anthology, which is set to release in March 2025. This powerful narrative explores themes of overcoming rejection, devastating loss, and personal tragedy to rediscover self-worth and purpose.
A devoted mother to her son, Zachary, Regina finds joy in music—especially contemporary jazz—great food and travel. An international real estate investor and serial entrepreneur, she continues to inspire others to lead lives of impact and possibility.
